reset residency

For the guest who needs more than a stay, a structured period of assessment, repair, training, and integration, composed by a senior physician and lived inside the quiet of a private residence.

Final protocols are confirmed after medical review and a private intake. The architecture below is the rhythm of the weeks; the contents are composed around you.

  1. Week 01

    Map

    Examination, labs, sleep intake, movement screen, nutrition, and history. The picture is drawn before a single intervention begins.

  2. Week 02

    Stabilise

    Light, meals, hydration, minerals, gentle movement. The nervous system is given permission to settle. Sleep returns first.

  3. Week 03

    Restore

    Hydrothermal rituals, bodywork, photobiomodulation, breath, sound. The body remembers what recovery actually feels like.

  4. Week 04

    Train

    Strength, mobility, cognitive focus, education in small private sessions. Capacity is built, slowly, on top of the rest.

  5. Week 05

    Integrate

    Therapy, coaching, embodied routines. The new rhythm is tested against the life you will return to, and adjusted.

  6. Week 06

    Continue

    A final review with the physician. A home protocol, a membership cadence, a residence kept for your return.

Menus are written each morning by a chef who has read your file. Line-caught fish, garden tomatoes still warm from the vine, broths simmered overnight, cold-pressed oils, herbs cut from the grove an hour before lunch. Wine when it belongs. Pleasure, kept. Restriction, never staged.
